Founder and CEO

Matt Jackson has owned and operated two businesses for over a decade as well as worked as a communication consultant training high performance teams in medium sized business, NFP organisations and large scale global corporates. This gives him a rare compassion for operational execution, human insight as well as strategic foresight. Matt’s interest in interpersonal communication is in raising individuals’ self awareness today in order to strengthen connectedness with stakeholders and raise the quality of collective decision making at all levels.

• 2019 graduate of the AICD Director’s Course for corporate governance, risk management and performance.

• From 2017 - 2020 worked as a Communications Strategist and consultant with Collective Intelligence, a company that leverages IOT technology to make the industrial vehicle industry safer. During which time Matt attended software conferences in Austin Texas, Singapore and the UK during the implementation of the GDPR.

• In 2014 Matt spoke at TEDx about the difference between affect and effect

• Member of the Entrepreneur’s Organisation from 2012 - 2019 and in 2016 sat on the advisory board as Forum Chair.

• Owned and operated a global visual communications studio for 12 years.

• Worked for 6 years in Advertising with DDB Sydney and Saatchi & Saatchi.

• Graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2000 with Bachelor degrees in both Commerce and Arts.
